Surya Cons Pvt Ltd is based over in Hyderabad, specifically in the O.U. Colony area near Raidarga. Ch. Yaso Kiran is the one in charge of the daily operations here. Being in Towlichoki, we are right in the middle of a lot of noise and activity. We do construction work, which means our days are mostly spent on-site or looking over messy blueprints in the small office. It’s a busy life and there’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier to call. The office in O.U. Colony is where we keep all our paperwork and meet with the crew before they head out. Hyderabad 8 is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city, even if the traffic is a nightmare. We aren't a huge corporation with glass walls and suited security. It's a more down-to-earth setup with tea cups on the desks and blueprints everywhere. We mostly care about getting the building projects finished on time. Sometimes the heat in Raidarga is a real struggle during the summer months, but that's just part of the job. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Our team is used to the local pace of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for us, we’re just another office in the colony, trying to keep our projects moving. We don't have time for long meetings that don't go anywhere. We would much rather be out where the actual building is happening.
