Supervisor Of Labour & Material

We are located right in the middle of the noise at Rangrez Bazar, just opposite the Jain Mandir in Secunderabad. If you know General Bazar at all, you know how crowded it gets around here every day. Our small shop is at 3-3-499. Most of my day is spent dealing with workers and trying to find where the materials went. It is a lot of talking and a lot of checking lists over and over. In this part of town, you have to be quick or things get messy on the site. We look after the labor side of things and make sure the cement, sand, and other supplies show up when they are supposed to. It is hard work and honestly, it gets quite exhausting sometimes. I have lived around this area for a long time, so I know the local suppliers pretty well. Sometimes the materials are late because of the heavy traffic in the narrow lanes of the bazaar. We just try to make it work. It is not a high-tech operation, just me and a few others keeping track of everything on paper and on site. We do not really have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Most people just walk in or call us because they know we are here near the temple. It is a very straightforward business. We provide the hands and the stuff needed to build things.
