We have been operating out of 113/C in Phase II, Ida, Cherlapally for a long time now. It is not a fancy place at all. The shop floor is usually loud and quite hot because of the forging work we do every day. Most of the guys here have been with us for years and they know exactly how the machines sound when they are running right. We handle a lot of heavy metal work, so there is always a bit of grease and soot around. The Ida area is always busy, with trucks constantly moving in and out, kicking up red dust that seems to settle on everything. We do not have a big office or a receptionist to greet you. If you come by, you will probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a hammer or a press. We start our shift early in the morning before the sun gets too high. The equipment we use is old, but it still gets the job done if you treat it well. Sometimes the power cuts out, which is pretty common in this part of Cherlapally, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back. We keep a simple ledger for our orders and do not bother with fancy software. It is an honest way to make a living, and we just focus on getting the parts finished so they can be sent out. It is a lot of sweat and noise, but it is what we know.
