Our small team operates out of Flat No 203 in the Raasi Hillview building. It’s located at 11/4/646/B in the A C Guards neighborhood, which is part of the Lakdikapool area in Hyderabad. Being in the 500004 zip code means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a bit of an older building, so the elevators can be a bit moody, but it’s home for us. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running a home-focused LLP. It’s not all sunshine; there’s a lot of arguing with contractors and making sure materials are actually delivered. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy mission statement. We just show up and try to make sure these homes get finished. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a while. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or driving out to different spots around Telangana. We are just local people who know how the housing market works around here. We’ve had our share of mistakes and learning moments over the years. We try to be honest about how long things take, even when it’s not what people want to hear. Building things is complicated and messy, so we just take it one step at a time and do the best we can with what we have.
