Our Hyderabad office for Sundaram Architects Pvt Ltd is located in the Srivenkateswara Colony, which is part of the Rajendra Nagar Mandal. We are at Plot No. 51, a place called Prasad Parla. It’s in the R R District. We’ve been operating here for a while now, helping people with their building plans and designs. The office is a simple place where we keep our drawing tables and computers. Hyderabad is a big, sprawling city, but our little corner in Srivenkateswara Colony is where we feel most comfortable. We don’t have a big marketing department or a polished public image. We are just a group of people who know how to draw and plan structures. We talk to our clients in a normal way without all the industry jargon. A lot of the work involves visiting sites around the district to see how things are progressing. It can get quite dusty and hot out there, but we don't mind. We’ve built up a bit of a reputation just by being consistent over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do honest work that helps people get their projects off the ground. It’s a straightforward business and we like keeping it that way. We spend most of our time focused on the blueprints and the local site visits.
