Sumayya Cnc

Our shop, Sumayya Cnc, is over at 7-8-276/1 in Gowtham Nagar. Ferozguda is a busy area, and we fit right in with the other workshops. We have the CNC machine set up in the main room. It makes a lot of noise when it’s running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We spend a lot of time looking at the computer screen and then checking the metal pieces. The floor is often covered in small metal shavings that we have to sweep up constantly. It’s dusty work and our clothes get stained with oil. We take on various small jobs from people who need parts made. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just the machine and some storage racks for the materials. Sometimes the machine breaks down, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which is a real headache. Gowtham Nagar has a lot of traffic, and sometimes it's hard to load things into trucks. We work long hours, especially when there is a deadline. We aren't a big corporation, just a local CNC shop. We’ve been at this address for some time. We use basic tools alongside the big machine. If the power goes out, we just have to wait. It's a lot of trial and error to get things right. We just do the work and hope for the best.
