Out in Kukatpally, specifically in Phashanti Nagar at 5-35/175, is where you’ll find our setup. It’s a residential-turning-commercial kind of area, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial zone. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things from here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we do our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the logistics side, making sure the medicines are stored right and labeled correctly. The Hyderabad sun can be pretty brutal, so we’re always checking the cooling systems in the storage area. It’s a lot of routine work—checking invoices, talking to the delivery drivers, and making sure the inventory matches what the computer says. We have a small break area where we sit and talk about our families or the traffic on the main road, which is always a mess. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the orders right so there are no complaints later on. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when a big shipment arrives and everyone has to pitch in to get it unloaded and sorted out. We just take it one day at a time and keep the shelves stocked.
