We are located right over in Buddha Nagar Colony, just a short walk from the Uppal Bus Depot here in Hyderabad. Most people know the area well because of the depot traffic, but our spot at House Number 6-26 is tucked in a bit more. Sudhanvi Estates & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. operates out of this space, which is also associated with T. Prabhakar. We handle local building projects and land matters around the city. It’s a busy office most days. Sometimes the roads around here get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours when the buses are coming and going. We started out small and stayed rooted in this neighborhood because it makes sense for us. Being near Uppal helps us get to different sites without too much trouble. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where we look at blueprints and talk to people about their housing needs or land plots. If you are looking for us, look for the landmarks near the colony entrance. We keep things simple and try to get the work done right without making a big fuss about it. Construction is hard work and requires a lot of coordination, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at various locations checking on progress. It's been a few years now and we've seen the colony change quite a bit as more people move into Hyderabad and things get more built up around here.
