Ashirwad Polymers is tucked away at Plot No 432 Part in the Sri Venkateshwara Co Operative Industrial Estate. We are specifically located in the Subhash Nagar section of the Ida Jeedimetla area. It’s a big name for a place that is basically a hardworking polymer shop. We spend our days dealing with various types of plastics and resins. The industrial estate is a maze of similar plots, but we’ve been at 432 Part for a long time now. The workspace is filled with the smell of heated polymers and the sound of heavy machinery. It isn't a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes that can get dirty because they usually do. Subhash Nagar is always busy with trucks coming and going, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the supplies arrive late and we have to scramble to keep the machines running, but that is just how it goes in Jeedimetla. Our crew knows the equipment inside and out. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the polymer parts come out right. The floor is often covered in scraps and we have to do a big cleanup every Saturday. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the task at hand. We like being in this part of the estate because it keeps us close to our suppliers.
