We are Sterling One Realty And Infrastructure Llp, and our office is located in Secunderabad. We are on the first floor of Patel Chambers, which is at 10-3-152/8 in East Marredpally. Marredpally is a bit quieter than some of the newer parts of the city, which is why we like it here. We do a mix of real estate and infrastructure work, so there is always something different going on. Some days we are looking at blueprints and other days we are just handling basic property sales. Patel Chambers is an easy place for people to visit since it's right there in the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a regular office with a few desks and a lot of local knowledge. We have lived and worked in Secunderabad for a long time, so we know how the local rules work. We just show up every morning, have our coffee, and start working through whatever is on the desk. People around here know us as the folks they can talk to about land or building things. We try to keep things honest and get the job done without making it more difficult than it needs to be. It is just steady work in a part of town we know well. We are mostly busy with projects that take time, but we always have a moment for a walk-in.
