We are based in Jillaguda, Hyderabad. Our office is in the Gayathriresidence building, specifically at Flat 101 on Plot 79. We call ourselves Star Hr And Trining Severvice, even if the name on the door has a little typo in it. It is a residential spot, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed. We spend our time helping folks with human resources tasks and various types of job training. Since we are in a house, it does not feel like a cold office. There are usually files stacked up on the dining table and the smell of tea in the air. We are not some massive recruitment agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to help people find their way in the job market. We spend a lot of hours looking over resumes and talking to candidates on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when we have a training session going on in the main room. We have lived in this part of Hyderabad for years, so we know most of the people around Gayathrihooms. We do not do much advertising. Most people just stop by because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. We keep things very simple and practical. We do not use any of that corporate talk you hear in big city offices. We just get the paperwork sorted for everyone who walks through our door. It is a busy life but it keeps us going.
