Sri Venkateswara Dental Clinic

If you know where the Andhra Bank is in Ram Nagar, then you already know where Sri Venkateswara Dental Clinic is located. We are right above the bank, near the Gundu Bus Stop. It’s a handy spot because the bus drops people off almost at the door. Our address is No. 1- 9-320/1 Sathya Hospitals, but most people just look for the bank sign. The stairs going up can be a bit steep, but once you’re inside, it’s a fairly quiet office. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler that makes a loud gulping noise sometimes. We mostly see people from the neighborhood who have a toothache or need a cleaning. The dental chairs have been through a lot, but they still work fine. You can hear the buses pulling up outside and the conductor whistling, which reminds us how close we are to the street. It’s just a regular clinic where we fix teeth and talk to the locals. Some of the patients have been coming to us since they were kids. We don't have fancy lights or a big reception desk, just a simple desk where we keep the appointment book. Usually, it's just a couple of us working here, so we get to know the regulars pretty well. It gets a little dusty because of the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass.
