Sri Venkata Sai Constructions & Co

Our office, Sri Venkata Sai Constructions & Co, is tucked away in Vishal Towers. We are in the A Block, specifically Flat 405. Kukatpally is a pretty crowded part of Hyderabad these days, and A.S. Raju Nagar is always buzzing with people and cars. Working in construction means we are often out at sites, but this flat is where we handle all the paperwork and planning. It’s not a huge office, just a place with a few desks, some blue prints, and a coffee machine that gets used way too much. Sometimes clients come by to talk about their projects, and we just sit around the table and go over things. The lift in this building can be a bit slow during lunch hours, which is annoying, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend much time worrying about how the walls are painted or if the furniture matches. We care more about whether the drawings are accurate and if the materials are arriving on time at the actual jobs. It can get stressful when deadlines are close, but that’s just how this business works. We keep our files organized in the back room. Most of the time it is just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. It’s a practical space for practical work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, you just come straight into the workspace. It works for us.
