Sri Shankara Nethralaya

Our clinic is located right on the 1-116-1 Mumbai Highway. It’s easy to find if you’re driving along that stretch. We deal with eyes. People come here when they can’t see clearly or if their glasses aren't working like they used to. The building is simple and we try to keep things organized. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside it’s mostly quiet. We have the usual eye testing machines and chairs. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know how to handle the busy afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep the lights on for the exams. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend much on decorations. We’d rather make sure the equipment is clean and working. People stop by on their way into town or when they’re heading home. We see all kinds of patients, from kids who need their first pair of glasses to older folks worried about cataracts. We just sit them down, check their vision, and tell them what we see. There’s no big mystery to it. We just do the work every day. If you’re coming from the highway, you can’t miss us. We keep the doors open and just take things as they come. It's just a local eye clinic trying to help people see better without making a big fuss about it. We like the location here on the highway even if it gets a bit dusty.
