Sri Sai Pet Clinic

Sri Sai Pet Clinic is tucked away at number 25 in Tirumala Enclave over in Trimulgherry. It’s a place for the local dogs and cats, and sometimes we see other small animals too. We have been in this part of Trimulgherry for a good while. The clinic is basically a converted space right in the enclave. It’s not a huge animal hospital, just a local clinic where we see the neighborhood pets. You’ll usually hear some barking or meowing if you stand outside the door for more than a minute. We know most of the pets around here because the owners are our neighbors. We don't use a lot of big medical words when we talk to people about their animals. We just explain what is going on in plain English so they understand. The clinic can get a bit messy, especially when a big dog comes in on a rainy day, but that is part of working with animals. We have our exam tables and the medicine cabinets, and that’s about it for the setup. It’s a practical place. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a receptionist in a uniform. It's just us in our scrubs trying to help the pets feel better. People like that they can just walk over from their homes in Tirumala Enclave. It is a quiet street usually, except for when we have a particularly vocal patient visiting us for a checkup or some shots.
