Our place is Shed No.- D/173 in Phase-3 of the Jeedimetla IDA. Sri Rudhra Alloy Castings Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this industrial area for a good while. Jeedimetla is always busy, and our shed is right in the middle of it. We deal with alloy castings, so there is a lot of heavy equipment and metal moving around all the time. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. The team here knows their way around the molds and the alloys we use. We are not big on meetings or corporate talk. Usually, we are just on the floor making sure the pours go right. It takes a lot of attention to get the heat right for the different alloys. We have got a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. Sometimes the shed gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of raw material coming in, but we manage the space. It is an industrial environment, so it is all about the work and not about looks. If you come by the IDA, you will see plenty of places like ours, but we just stay focused on the castings. We have had some of the same customers for years because they know we just get on with the job. It is steady work, and we like it that way. No one wears a suit here; it is just boots and work clothes.
