Our place is on Puranapul Main Road, right beside that Bharath Petrol Pump in Nayapul. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and bikes zooming past. The shop is small, mostly filled with speakers and heavy boxes of amplifiers. It’s a lot of lifting and loading every single day. We’ve been at 21-4-832 for quite a while now. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. Sometimes the cables get all tangled up and we spend hours just sorting them out before a gig. It’s definitely not glamorous work. You get dusty and sweaty moving those big sound boxes around Nayapul. People come to us for local functions or just if they need a loud setup for a street festival. We don't really do big advertising at all. Most people just see the sign when they're filling up petrol next door and stop by. We keep the equipment as clean as we can, but it's hard with all the road dust. Sometimes we have to fix a speaker right there on the spot because something rattled loose on the way to a job. The traffic on the main road makes it hard to park our small van. We usually have to hurry up and get things inside quickly. It's a simple life for us. We start early and often finish when the sun is coming up the next day. That's just the sound business here. We keep it simple.
