Sri Biotech Laboratories India Ltd., Hyderabad

Sri Biotech Laboratories is located over in Hyderabad, specifically at Plot 21 in the Biosphere area. We’re tucked away on Street Number 2 inside Sagar Society, which is right off Road Number 2 in Banjara Hills. It’s a busy part of the city, but our street stays a bit quieter than the main roads. We spend our days in the lab mostly. There is a lot of equipment to look after and we have to keep things pretty clean, which takes up a lot of time. It’s not like a regular office where you just sit at a desk. We are always moving around, checking on different tests or writing down notes on what we see. The building is decent, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the traffic in Banjara Hills makes getting to work a bit of a chore, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their role. We don't really do much in the way of big events or anything. It's just a lot of steady work in the lab. We have our coffee breaks in the small breakroom and talk about normal things, not just science. It feels like a regular workplace where people just want to do a good job and get through the day.
