Sri Balaji Exports & Imports

Sri Balaji Exports & Imports is over in the Bharatnagar area, specifically at Hig-108. It is more of a residential-turned-commercial neighborhood so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We handle a lot of different goods coming in and going out of the country. Our office is basically filled with boxes and samples of things we are currently working with. There is always a phone ringing or someone checking a tracking number on the computer. It’s a lot of logistical work that keeps us on our toes most of the day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have learned the ropes over the years. We spend a lot of time talking to customs agents and transport companies to make sure things move along the way they should. Sometimes there are delays at the port and we have to spend hours trying to fix the problem which can be frustrating. The office isn't very large so we have to stay organized or we would lose track of everything. We take our lunch breaks together most days and just talk about regular stuff like the weather or the local news. It’s a modest operation and we don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just do our bit to keep the trade moving and hope for the best.
