Sri Balaji Constructions, Kakinada

Even though the name is Sri Balaji Constructions, Kakinada, our office is actually in Hyderabad right now. We are located at 303, JJ Residency. This is on Nizampet Road in the Kukatpally area. The pin code is 500072. It is a bit confusing because people see Kakinada in the name but we are here in the middle of the Hyderabad hustle. Kukatpally is one of the busiest parts of the city. The traffic on Nizampet Road is almost always heavy. Our office in JJ Residency is a bit away from the main noise once you get inside. We do construction work which involves a lot of phone calls and planning. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. We have a few desks and some stacks of site plans lying around. It is a simple place. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. Just some chairs for people to sit when they visit. Hyderabad is a great place for building things right now so being in Kukatpally makes sense for us. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different project sites. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the backup to kick in. It is just how things are. We have been at this address for a bit and it works well for our small team. That is the long and short of it for our Kakinada group.
