Being in Madhapur means we are right in the middle of everything, which is great for getting to different sites, but the traffic can be a real headache. Our office is usually full of activity. We have different people handling different bits of the jobs, from the initial sketches to the final check-ups. We keep a lot of our files in big cabinets, and there is always a stack of magazines somewhere for inspiration. We are just regular folks who have been doing this for years. We know which suppliers are reliable and which ones are going to be late. That kind of knowledge only comes from staying in the business for a long time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of deadlines marked in red pen. Sometimes we have lunch together at the desk and talk about anything other than work just to take a break.
