We are located over on KPHB Road No1, right near the Global Eye Hospital in Kukatpally. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Our clinic is just a simple space where we practice homoeopathy. We’ve been here for a while, and many of our patients have been coming to us for years. They usually find us because they’re looking for something a bit different than the usual medicine. We don't have any big, shiny signs or a massive staff. It’s mostly just us and the little bottles of remedies we keep on the shelves. The waiting room is small, and sometimes people have to stand if it’s a Saturday morning. We try to talk to everyone who comes in and really listen to what’s bothering them. It takes time, so we don't like to rush. Kukatpally is a great place to be, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We aren't trying to be a huge medical chain. We just want to be a local spot where people feel heard. There’s no corporate vibe here, just a quiet office where we do our work and try to help people feel better in a gentle way. We have some plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to survive anyway. Road No1 is always humming with noise, but once you step inside, it's a bit more peaceful. We don't use any flashy gadgets. It’s just about the person.
