We’re based on Town Naidu Street in Parvathipuram, which is up in the Vizianagaram district. Our office is easy to find if you know the area. It’s a local operation where we handle the Splendid Aparna projects. We’ve been around here for quite some time, and people usually know us by name. It’s a family-run kind of feel, very different from those big corporate offices in the city. Most days involve a lot of talking to local laborers and checking on how the building work is progressing. The office is often a bit cluttered with documents and site maps. We don't mind the mess because it shows we’re busy.
