Our work takes us to Yerragunta, in the Chandragonda area of Khammam district. It’s a bit different from working in the big city. The pace is a little slower, but the work is just as demanding. We manage the Splendid Aparna projects from a simple setup out here. Most of the time, we’re out in the field looking at the land or talking to the local crews. The office is just a place to store our tools and keep our records. It’s pretty basic with just the essentials. We spend a lot of time driving between different sites. The roads can be a bit rough sometimes, but we’re used to it. We deal with a lot of local matters, from land clearing to getting the right materials delivered on time. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s honest work. We know the people in the village and they know what we’re doing. Sometimes we have to deal with weather issues that stall the work, which can be frustrating. But that’s construction for you. We just keep moving forward. Our office isn't something you'd find in a brochure. It’s just a functional space where we meet and plan. We don't use big words or have complicated goals. We just want to finish the projects we started. It’s a lot of physical and logistical work every single day. We enjoy the fresh air out here.
