Our office is tucked away in Vijayanagar Colony, specifically at H.No.10-3-444/15, B-4, F-3. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which actually makes it quite nice to work from. We’ve been here in Hyderabad for quite a while now. Most days, you’ll find us buried under paperwork or on the phone with various suppliers. We handle the Splendid Aparna projects from this flat. It’s not like those big glass office buildings you see in the tech parks. It feels more like a home office where things actually get done. We have our coffee together in the morning and talk about what needs to happen at the sites. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery or a neighbor. We keep things pretty low-key. The walls are covered in project drawings and scribbled notes. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Managing construction takes a lot of focus, and being in a quiet colony like Vijayanagar helps with that. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. Most people who come here already know where we are. We just focus on the daily tasks of moving these projects forward. It’s a lot of small details that add up. We’ve got a good rhythm going here, even if the printer jams every once in a while. It’s just a regular local business life for us and we are okay with that.
