We’re located out at Plot No.26/B in Kamalanagar, which is in the Vanasthalipuram area of Hyderabad. It’s a pretty established neighborhood. Our setup here is quite simple. We use this space for Splendid Aparna Projects Pvt Ltd to run our operations and keep track of everything going on at our sites. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure we have the right people for the right jobs. Vanasthalipuram is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like because it's a bit more grounded. We don’t have a flashy office or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of project files. Most of our work involves managing construction and making sure the development stays on track. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do. We’ve got a crew that’s been with us for a while, and we just try to get the work done without too much fuss. We don’t do any big promotions. Most people find out about us just by seeing our signs at the sites or by word of mouth in the area. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way. Every day brings a new set of challenges, like weather or material shortages, but we just deal with them as they arrive. We’re just local folks trying to build something for the community.
