Splendid Aparna Projects (P) Ltd

Our place is located in Prasanth Nagar, over in the Langerhouse area of Hyderabad, India 500082. We’re at H.No 9-1-33/28, sharing space with K.P. Yadaiyya's office. It’s a quiet enough street most days. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for our project work from this small office. Langerhouse has a lot of history, and it’s a good spot to be based out of for the work we do. Most of our time is spent making sure the projects are moving along as they should. It’s not always smooth sailing, especially with the paperwork that comes with being a private limited company like Splendid Aparna Projects (P) Ltd. We’ve got a small team that handles everything from site inspections to talking with suppliers. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just want to get the houses built and the projects finished. Every day is a bit different; one day we’re looking at land, the next we’re dealing with a broken pipe or a delayed delivery. It’s just the reality of the job. People around here know us as a local business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in hand and try to get things done right. It can be stressful, but it's what we do. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the accounts, but that's just life in this industry. We're just regular people working hard.
