It’s a bit of a maze back here, but locals know where it is. We mostly focus on handling project management stuff for the buildings we're working on as Splendid Aparna Project Pvt Ltd. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and getting the right permits. We’ve been set up here for a bit in India. The building isn't anything to brag about, just a practical space where we keep the files and meet with the guys on the ground. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's always someone coming in with a question about a boundary wall or a utility connection. Jahanuma is a busy part of the city, and we've got used to the noise and the pace. We don’t do any of that fancy advertising stuff you see from the big firms. We just do the work we have in front of us. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to look at the foundations. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule, but we try our best to stay on top of it. It’s just how things go when you’re running a business in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
