Spencon Holdings is currently an international operation, which means we don't have a regular office building in Tanzania right now. We handle everything through email since we are often moving between different locations and handling business in different countries. It’s a bit of a shift from the traditional way of doing things, but it’s the only way that works for our present status. We are focusing on our international projects and staying connected digitally. You won’t find a physical sign for us on any street corner at the moment. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking messages and keeping our projects on track. It’s a bit of a nomadic way to work, but it keeps us flexible. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. It is just us and our laptops. We make sure to check our inbox every day so we don’t miss anything important. Even though we aren’t in one fixed spot, we are still working hard on everything we have on our plate. We like the freedom it gives us to handle business wherever we are. If you need to get in touch, the email is there for a reason. We try to be as responsive as possible despite the time zone differences. It is a modern approach to a busy world, and we are just rolling with it.
