We are Spatial Properties Llp and we operate out of Mourya Residency. Our office is specifically Flat No. 202 on Plot No. 3 & 4. We are located in Nri Colony, which is over in Pragathi Nagar, Kukatpally. The pin code here is 500090. Working in Kukatpally means we are right in the middle of a very active part of Hyderabad. We handle a lot of property-related tasks from this small office. It’s a pretty straightforward setup with a few desks and a lot of maps and papers lying around. We don't go for anything too flashy because we prefer to focus on the actual work at hand. Some of us have been in this area for years, so we know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. Pragathi Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with new apartments going up all the time. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just the nature of real estate in India. We try to keep things simple for the people who walk through our door.
