Spark Events And Planners is located in the Goshamahal area of Abids, Hyderabad. We operate out of a small space in 500001 where we keep all our planning materials. It’s a very busy part of the city, so we are used to the constant noise of traffic and people. Our daily work is mostly about coordinating different things for events. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around town to check on venues. It’s not a polished or glamorous life like some people might think. Most of the time, we are just trying to make sure the vendors show up on time and that we have enough supplies for whatever is happening. We don’t have a big team or a fancy mission statement. It’s just us, working hard to get things sorted for the local community. Abids is a central place, which makes it easier for us to reach different parts of Hyderabad. However, the congestion can be a real struggle when we are in a hurry. We have stacks of files and decorations tucked into every corner of our office. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people who know how to put a party or a meeting together. It’s about being practical and staying organized while everything else is moving fast around us.
