Southern Alloy Castings

Our place is located at Plot-No-55/A in Phase 1 of the Jeedimetla area. It’s a typical industrial setup. We handle alloy castings here, mostly working with different types of metals to get the right mix for whatever the customer asks for. The work is steady but can be physically demanding. We’ve got a group of people who’ve been with us since the early days. They know the rhythm of the melting and the cooling. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything, just a solid workshop where we use our hands and some old-fashioned equipment. The Jeedimetla area is always busy, so there’s constant movement around the plot. We keep the gates open during the day. We don't really go for fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people find Southern Alloy Castings through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name on a shipment. We spend most of our time making sure the molds are set right. Sometimes things go wrong, a mold might crack, or the temperature isn't perfect, and we just have to deal with it and move on. It’s honest work. We try to keep things organized, even though the floor can get a bit messy with sand and scrap metal. We’re just a bunch of people making metal parts in a shed. We stay busy and don't worry too much about the rest of the world.
