Sona Digital World Electronics

Our shop, Sona Digital World Electronics, is sitting at Mig 210 in Kukatpally. We’re right beside the ICICI Bank on Road No 1, so we get a lot of people wandering in after they finish their banking. It’s a lively area of Kphb Colony. We’ve got shelves full of different electronics and gadgets. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where every single item is kept. Some days are just spent unboxing new stock or chatting with the regulars who live nearby. We aren't a big chain store, so things feel a bit more relaxed here. We don’t wear uniforms or anything. Usually, it’s just us in our everyday clothes, helping someone pick out a new TV or a small appliance. The noise from the road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We started this because we were always the ones fixing things for our families, and it just turned into a business. We don’t have any corporate goals or big presentations. If someone needs something, we look for it. If it’s not in stock, we try to see when it’s coming. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We’ve been on this road for a good bit now and have seen many other shops come and go, but we’re still here, just doing our thing. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
