Our office is situated on Rajbhavan Road at Asif Avenue. The building is called Taraka Rama Shreyas, and we are at Plot No 6-3-1238/B/14. It’s a central part of the city, so we are close to a lot of the main government buildings and other big offices. Being in an older part of town like this means the streets are a bit narrow and parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we are usually busy with a lot of government paperwork and planning documents. The office has a very functional feel to it—lots of desks, some old maps on the walls, and the sound of people talking on phones. We aren't trying to be the most modern company out there. We just want to get the work done right. It can get pretty stressful when deadlines are close, and we end up staying late quite often. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us head when we need a break from the screens. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. We’ve been doing this for years, so we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our windows. It’s a steady job in a busy area, and we just keep at it.
