Cmh Tools is based out of Durga Apartments in the Somajiguda area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of an older building, which gives it a different character compared to those new glass towers you see popping up everywhere these days. We’re in unit 103, and it’s basically where all the planning and the paperwork for the tools business happen. Somajiguda is a central spot, so it makes it easier for us to get around the city when we need to meet people or check on things. Inside the office, things are usually piled up with catalogs and various tool samples that we’re looking over. It’s not the quietest place because the street noise from outside tends to drift in, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and the security guards at the apartment complex are basically like friends to us now. Most of our work involves sourcing and distributing various types of industrial tools that people rely on for their workshops. We don't spend money on expensive marketing or big signs. People who need what we have usually find their way to us through word of mouth or old connections. The tea stall just around the corner from Durga Apartments is where we usually end up talking shop in the evenings. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense way of doing business in a city that’s always moving fast.
