Our office is located in Phase II of New Delhi, which is about as busy as you would expect for this part of the city. We operate under the name Sobha Projects & Trade Pvt. Ltd, and we have been right here in the middle of the hustle for some time now. Delhi has a way of keeping you on your toes, and Phase II is no different. It’s a mix of different people and small businesses all squeezed together, and we are just one part of that. The office is a basic space where we handle the project side of things and keep our trade records in order. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big polished corporation because that is not who we are. Most of the time, our desks are covered in folders and the phones are ringing, but that is just because we are actually busy. We deal with the heat in the summer and the winter smog just like everyone else in the city. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We just take the orders, manage the projects, and try to stay on top of the paperwork without losing our minds. People in the area know us as a straightforward group that doesn't mess around with complicated talk.
