We’ve been at this Flat No.208 spot in Block A for a while now. Ghatkesar is a busy area and the office gets quite a lot of sun in the afternoons. It’s not a fancy place, just where we sit and handle the files. Most of us here have been with Sobha Developers for a few years, so we know how the projects move along. It gets noisy outside sometimes because of the traffic on the road, but we’re used to it. We start around nine in the morning and usually leave once the sun is down. There’s a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. People come in asking about plots or building updates, and we just try to give them the straight answers. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, which is annoying, but that’s just how it is in a working office. We don't have a big reception area or anything. It's mostly desks and stacks of plans. Living and working in Andhra Pradesh means dealing with the heat, so the fans are always on full blast. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It's a regular job for us, making sure the paperwork for the developments is in order and that people get what they were told. Nothing too complicated, just a local office doing its bit day by day.
