Sms Grenway Projects

You can find us at Flat No. 3 on the third floor of Sri Nilayam Gd. We are right beside Spencers Lane in the Rukminipuri area of Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar. Our company is called Sms Grenway Projects. It’s a typical office space with some desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints or site plans lying around on the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about different building projects we are working on. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a walk up the stairs every day, but it keeps us moving. The office isn't overly decorated or anything like that. We have a few maps on the walls and maybe a calendar that is a month behind. It is a busy place during the middle of the day. People come in and out to discuss drawings or talk about site progress. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we are out on the field. We’ve been in this part of town for a while now. Dr. A. S. Rao Nagar is a good spot for us. It is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just look at the projects we have and try to get them finished. Sometimes there are delays with materials, which is frustrating, but we deal with it as it comes.
