Our place is in Sunil Enclave, specifically flat 302. It's right there on Street Number 14 in Nagarjuna Nagar, Tarnaka. Smartkey Builders And Developers started out pretty small, and we still feel that way even though we've done more work lately. The office is in a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders full of permissions and plans. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially in areas like this near the university. We spend half our day driving between different sites and the other half dealing with the paperwork that never seems to end. It's not always pretty. Sometimes we are arguing with a contractor about a delay or waiting for a truck that is stuck in traffic. We don't put on airs here. If you come by, you'll probably see us in dusty shoes and regular shirts. We just try to get the houses built right so people can move in without any headaches. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the rules and the weather, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We've been in this office for a good stretch now and the neighbors know us. It's a steady life. We keep a pot of tea going all afternoon for anyone who drops by to talk.
