Skyline Builders

Our business, Skyline Builders, is run by Anton Isac. We are located at the Kuruvanplackel house in Melampara, which is in the Kottayam district. The pin code here is 686594. It’s a very local setup, right in the heart of the village area. We don’t have a fancy commercial office in a high-rise building. Instead, we work from this house, which makes everything feel much more personal. Melampara is a beautiful part of Kerala, and we’ve lived and worked here for a long time. People usually find us by asking for Anton or the Kuruvanplackel family. It’s one of those places where everyone knows everyone else. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, but this is where we come back to do all the coordination and management. There’s usually some coffee brewing and a lot of talk about the weather and how it might affect the current work schedule. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people building things for other people in the community. The roads around Kottayam can be winding and narrow, but we know them like the back of our hand. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business. We don't see any reason to change that. Being part of Melampara is important to us.
