Sindhan Designs

We at Sindhan Designs are located up on the 4th floor of Kpr Towers, which is Plot 1098 on Road Number 36. Jubilee Hills is a pretty fast-paced part of town, and being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below. We spend a lot of our time sitting at big tables covered in drawings. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks, computers, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing when you need them. We work on all sorts of projects. Some days it is residential stuff, other days it might be something else entirely. We don't have a big speech about what we do. We just show up, look at the projects on the schedule, and get to work. It gets pretty loud in here when we are all debating a layout or trying to figure out a budget that actually makes sense. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a tricky stage, but that's how it goes in this business. We try to keep things straightforward. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We have been here for a while and the building has become like a second home to us. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job with the space.
