Simha Associates

We are Simha Associates, located over on Road No: 5 in Banjara Hills. Our office at 8-2 -402/A/2 is tucked away a bit, but it’s a good place to work. We spend most of our time dealing with designs and making sure everything is in order. It’s a small team here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around a table trying to solve a problem with a floor plan. Banjara Hills is a busy part of town, so the traffic can be a pain sometimes when we are trying to get to a meeting. We’ve been working from this address for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s quiet enough that we can focus on the work. We take on a variety of tasks, whatever comes through the door. Some projects are more interesting than others, but we treat them all about the same. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s just chairs, tables, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things simple. If a client comes in, we just sit down and talk through what they are looking for. There isn't a script or a formal process. We just listen and then see if we can help them out with their project. It usually involves a lot of sketching and drinking water while we debate where the windows should go. It's just what we do here.
