Our facility is located at Plot No. 20 and 21 in the Aleap Industrial Estate. It is right across from the JNTU Road in Pragathi Nagar, which is a fairly busy spot for an industrial area. We work in the pharmaceutical and drug manufacturing sector, so our days are mostly spent in a very controlled environment. The building is divided into production areas and labs where we keep everything as clean as possible. It’s not the kind of place that gets many visitors, just our staff and the delivery drivers. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the chemical processes are running correctly. There is a lot of technical documentation to keep up with, which keeps us at our desks for a good part of the afternoon. We don't have a fancy lobby or a public relations team to talk about what we do. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure we meet our deadlines. The industrial estate has grown a lot since we first moved in, and there is always some construction going on nearby. We have a small canteen where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. It is a serious job because of the drugs we make, so we try to be very careful with every step of the process. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the production schedule every single day.
