Our facility is located at Plot No. 20 and 21 in the ALEAP Industrial Area, which is near Pragathi Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main part of the city, especially with the traffic near JNTU Road, but we’ve managed to make it work. The industrial area is quite busy with various small and medium businesses all packed together. Siflon Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has been here for a while now. We have two plots joined together, so there is a bit more room than some of our neighbors, but it still feels cramped when we have a lot of supplies arriving. The staff is a mix of people from all over the local area. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk working. The walls are lined with shelves and old files. It feels like a real workshop where things are actually happening, not just a corporate office for show. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon when the sun starts to go down. The noise from the nearby factories is something we don't even notice anymore. It's just the background music to our day. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the orders filled and keep the place running smoothly for as long as we are here.
