We’ve been in the lift business for quite a while. It’s technical work that requires a lot of attention to detail, so our mechanics are often out on calls at different buildings across Hyderabad. The shop here is where we keep the spare parts and the tools we need. Elevators are one of those things people don't think about until they stop working, and that's when they call us. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but some days the traffic is just against us. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who know how these machines work. We spend a lot of time in narrow shafts and motor rooms. It's not glamorous, but it’s necessary. We don't have a fancy reception area because we’re usually out working or in the back checking inventory. If you need us, you can find us near the bank. We’ve stayed in SR Nagar because it’s easy for our team to get to most parts of the city from here. We just do our jobs and try to keep things running smoothly for our customers. It’s a lot of manual labor but it’s what we know best.
