Siemens Building Technologies Pvt Ltd

Our office is located at House Number 30-1597 in Chandragiri Colony, right opposite the Krupa Complex in Safilguda. Secunderabad has a lot of these older, established colonies, and we’re right in the middle of one. Siemens Building Technologies Pvt Ltd operates out of this house. It’s a bit unconventional if you’re expecting a big industrial park, but it works for us. The Krupa Complex across the way is a good landmark if someone is trying to find us for the first time. The building itself is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a bit of character. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It can get a bit tight when we are all in at the same time, but we make it work. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or massive logos on the door. We just have our name up and get on with our business. Safilguda is a decent area to be based in. There are plenty of little shops nearby for lunch. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We just show up every morning and handle whatever the day brings without any pretense.
