Siddhartha Clinic

Siddhartha Clinic is tucked away over in Indrasena Teddy Nagar, which is part of the Nandanavanam area in Karmanghat. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but once you are in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to spot us. We have been here for a while, serving the people who live around Teddy Nagar. The clinic is basically a couple of rooms where we see patients throughout the day. It’s a very local feel here. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people heading to the market, right from the clinic door. We don’t have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we focus more on the people coming in. Some mornings are slow and we just sit and organize the patient records, but then suddenly five people will walk in at once. That’s just how it goes. People in Karmanghat know us, so they just drop by when they aren't feeling well. We try to keep things organized, even though the desk gets covered in papers by midday. It’s a practical place for practical people. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a neighborhood clinic. Every evening we lock up and head home, just like everyone else on the street. It’s a good life here in Nandanavanam and Indrasena. We just do our best for the community.
