This place at 15-9-472 has been our base for a while. We deal with pearls mostly. It’s a lot of sitting down and looking at small things under a lamp. My eyes get tired by the end of the day, honestly. We aren't a big showroom with fancy lights or anything. It’s more of a workspace where we keep the inventory in drawers and boxes. People come in and we show them what we have on the table. It’s pretty straightforward. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about family or the weather. Other days, we have a lot of sorting to do. Shreeambicapearl is just the name on the board outside, but to us, it’s just the daily routine. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't careful. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. We don't spend much time on decorating the place. Instead, we just make sure the pearls are kept safe and clean. It’s quiet in here most of the time, which is nice because the street outside can get a bit much. We’ve been at this address long enough that the neighbors all know us. We just open up in the morning, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. There is nothing too complicated about it, and we like it that way.
