This is Shobha Construction Ltd., Bangalore. I know the name says Bangalore, but we are actually located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Our office is in the O.U.A.T. Colony, specifically at Quarter Number F/40 in Unit-8. It’s a regular residential colony, which makes it a nice, quiet place to handle our business affairs. We aren't a big corporate entity with a huge building of our own. We just use this space to keep our records and meet with people. Being in Bhubaneswar-3, we are right in the heart of things here. We do a lot of construction work around the city. Most of our days are spent out in the sun at various job sites, making sure everything is being built according to the plans. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office setup. It's just us, working hard and trying to make sure the jobs get done. We talk to our clients directly and don't use any of that complicated business language. We just explain what needs to be done and how we’re going to do it. Sometimes the name Bangalore confuses people who come to see us here in Orissa, but we’ve been using it for a long time. We’re just a practical bunch of builders trying to do a good day’s work and keep our projects moving along smoothly.
