Shiva Sai Bakery

Our bakery is located at H. No 19-197/83/73/1 in the Knr Nagar Colony, near Ambedkar Nagar. It’s a small local shop that stays quite busy from early morning until late at night. The smell of fresh bread and biscuits is usually what brings people in. We have a couple of large ovens in the back that we keep running most of the time. It gets very warm inside, especially during the summer months. The front of the shop has a few simple glass counters where we display what we have baked that day. We don't have any tables or chairs for people to sit down, so they just buy their snacks and go. The colony is a friendly place and we know almost everyone who walks through the door. We see the same kids coming in for sweets after school every day. Our shelves are often a bit messy because we are always busy restocking them. We use plain paper bags for everything and keep our accounts in a simple notebook. It is not a fancy place with music or decorations. We just focus on getting the dough ready and the baking done on time. It is a lot of hard work but we like being a part of the neighborhood here. We usually stay open until the last batch is sold or it gets too late to keep the lights on.
